The investment objective of the fund is to track the performance of EONIA Total Return Index. The Board of Directors may declare dividends in relation to the fund. The index is published by Deutsche Bank and represents money and capital markets in the euro zone. In order to achieve the investment objective, the fund will mainly invest in transferable securities and could use derivative techniques such as index swap agreements negotiated at arm's length with the swap counterparty, all in accordance with the Investment Restrictions.
