Objective

The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to provide investors with exposure to the Reference Asset which is the Merrill Lynch Commodity Index eXtra Alpha 5 Long Short (the " MLCX 5 ALS Index" or "the Index") together with exposure to a cash rate equivalent to the official three month Unitied States Treasury Bill rate("the Cash Rate").
